Sumbul serves as the Senior Shiksha Sakhi Coordinator (Training & Operations) at Feel4U Foundation, where she plays a key role in strengthening the implementation and quality of the Shiksha Sakhi Program. She is responsible for planning and coordinating training programs, supporting Shiksha Sakhis, and ensuring the smooth execution of educational initiatives across project locations.

With a strong commitment to community education and women’s empowerment, Sumbul works closely with trainers, field coordinators, volunteers, and local communities to build an effective learning environment for children and women. She oversees training schedules, operational planning, performance monitoring, and quality assurance to ensure that every center delivers impactful and standardized education.

Her responsibilities also include developing the capacity of Shiksha Sakhis, maintaining program documentation, monitoring field activities, and coordinating with district and state teams to achieve the Foundation’s educational goals. Through her dedication, leadership, and attention to quality, she helps strengthen the Foundation’s mission of making quality education accessible to every child.
