Bisnarayan serves as the Co-Founder & Secretary of Feel4U Foundation, playing a key role in strengthening the organization’s governance, administration, and community development initiatives. With a strong commitment to social service and organizational excellence, he actively supports the Foundation’s mission of empowering underprivileged communities through education, healthcare, women empowerment, skill development, environmental conservation, and sustainable livelihood programs.

As Secretary, Bisnarayan is responsible for ensuring effective organizational coordination, maintaining statutory compliance, facilitating board and committee meetings, managing official documentation, and supporting the smooth implementation of the Foundation’s programs. He works closely with the leadership team, volunteers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency.
